- Manage a regional recruitment territory from student inquiry to matriculation including building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders which could include, but would not be limited to, prospective students and their families, college counselors and independent counselors, community-based organizations, and admissions volunteers.
- Represent the college on and off-campus and virtually at high school visits, college fairs, receptions, and other enrollment-related events.
- Review applications and recommend admission and merit scholarship decisions to the appropriate committee
- Assist with the coordination of one or more enrollment-related projects which could include, but would not be limited to, working with student volunteers, enrollment communications and social media, and/or yield-related projects.
- Conduct evaluative admissions interviews and present admissions information sessions.
Bachelor’s degree
Customer-care oriented, demonstrate strategic thinking and problem solving skills, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong planning and organizational skills and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
